This is a First Edition American copy printed in 1930. I would put a condition rating of VG on this copy. There is no dust cover. This was apparently a library back in the day (Holiday Home Williams bay Wis.) and is marked as such. There is some page discoloration and foxing on the first couple of pages and back of covers, but the majority of pages are clear and clean. Spine is tight with all pages intact.
